Export Executive / Export Assistant – FMCG

Responsibilities

• Prepare export documents including invoices, packing lists, COO, and compliance paperwork
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, logistics partners, and shipping lines
• Support the onboarding of distributors and buyers in global markets
• Maintain communication with clients regarding orders, shipments, and documentation
• Track export shipments and ensure timely delivery across UAE, USA, UK, Canada, Australia and other markets
• Assist in sample dispatches, quotation preparation, and follow-ups
• Maintain export records, MIS reports, and compliance files
• Support participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and export meetings
