Sales & Marketing Officer - FMCG
Drive sales growth by onboarding House of Poha products across quick commerce, e-commerce, and retail channels. Build strong business relationships with platforms and stores to expand brand presence nationwide.
- Identify and connect with quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart for product onboarding
- Approach e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Jiomart for brand listing and marketing collaborations
- Develop partnerships with modern trade and retail stores for stocking House of Poha products
- Conduct follow-ups with procurement and category managers to ensure smooth onboarding
- Plan and execute marketing activities and promotional campaigns for retail and online visibility
- Collect market feedback, competitor analysis, and share growth strategies with management
- Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG or Food Product Sales & Marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with buyers, distributors, and store owners
- Familiarity with quick commerce and e-commerce ecosystem
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and ready to travel when required
