Indo-Chinese fried rice with chicken and scrambled eggs. (चिकन फ्राइड राइस)
Indo-Chinese style poha flavored with Schezwan chutney. (चाइनीज़ ट्विस्ट वाला शेज़वान सॉस के साथ पोहा।)
Rinse poha and drain well.
Heat oil in a wok, add onions, capsicum, and carrot. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add Schezwan chutney and salt, mix well.
Stir in poha, toss on high heat for 2 minutes.
Serve hot as a spicy twist on classic poha.
