Tangy poha cooked with tamarind pulp and spices. (खट्टे-मीठे इमली स्वाद वाला पोहा।)
Rinse poha and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, onions, and chilies. Sauté until onions turn soft.
Add turmeric powder, tamarind pulp, and salt. Mix well.
Stir in poha and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with extra tamarind chutney if desired.
