
Ingredients
- 2 cups poha (thick variety)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 green chilies
- 8–10 curry leaves
- ½ tsp mustard seeds + urad dal
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Rinse poha and set aside.
- In oil, add mustard, urad dal, curry leaves, and chilies.
- Add onions and sauté until soft.
- Mix in poha + salt. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Garnish with grated coconut before serving.
