
Ingredients
- 2 cups poha (flattened rice)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 green chilies (chopped)
- 8–10 curry leaves
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp peanuts
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Lemon wedges + coriander
Instructions
- Wash poha, drain, and keep aside.
- Heat oil, add mustard, curry leaves, and peanuts.
- Add onions + chilies, sauté until soft.
- Add turmeric, then mix in poha + salt.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes. Garnish with lemon + coriander.
