
Ingredients
- 2 cups poha
- 1 onion + 2 green chilies
- ½ tsp fennel seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric
- Sev (for topping)
- Pomegranate seeds
- Coriander + lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and drain poha.
- Sauté onion, fennel, and chilies in oil.
- Add turmeric, then poha + salt. Mix well.
- Top with sev, pomegranate, coriander, and lemon juice before serving.
