Instructions

  1. Wash poha, drain, and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil, fry peanuts, and set aside.
  3. Add mustard, chilies, and onions. Sauté until golden.
  4. Add diced potatoes + turmeric, cook until tender.
  5. Mix in poha, salt, and fried peanuts. Cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with lemon + coriander. Serve hot.
