
Ingredients
- 2 cups poha
- 1 potato (diced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 green chilies
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp peanuts
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Lemon + coriander to garnish
Instructions
- Wash poha, drain, and keep aside.
- Heat oil, fry peanuts, and set aside.
- Add mustard, chilies, and onions. Sauté until golden.
- Add diced potatoes + turmeric, cook until tender.
- Mix in poha, salt, and fried peanuts. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Garnish with lemon + coriander. Serve hot.
